Financed by a regional fund
The part of the earnings that are generated from providing green and blue services come from a regional fund. Local parties and the central government provide the means for this fund as a one-off investment. The farmer receives the interest of the fund as an allowance for the landscape elements and/or for the nature-oriented management.
National Green Fund
For the pilot projects of Farming for Nature the National Green Fund manages the resources. Their knowledge and experience in this field is an advantage. The Government Service for Land and Water Management will play its role in checking if the contracts are being observed. Apart from that, regional foundations with small and effective administrations will counsel the farmers and raise private funding.
